2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organisation?
I want to be the leader of Bloods to take the gang on a different level. Bloods recently, was one of the most active gang and I want to improve this gang even more. Not only events but I will also make sure that people have a terror in their mind whenever they see a person roaming in the ghetto wearing red. I can improve the gang with my leadership skills and try to achieve everything possible in my term.
Bloods will be the least toxic gang in the city. I would try to hire calm and responsible high commands who will guide the gang members in different situations. No toxicity will be allowed in my term. I would try to hire high commands with lots of experience, so that everybody in the gang will learn new things very quickly.
Maximum events will be done by our gang. I will be trying to stay active during every event to avoid major rule breaks so that everyone can enjoy their time with the gang. I would be treating every gang member like my family and never act biased as well. I want to take Bloods to a diffferent level by giving all my efforts.
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organisation.
1. Atleast one high command will always be in events to avoid rule breaks and enjoy roleplay.
2. Maximum events will be done by the gang to enjoy roleplay.
3. Unique bonuses will be given to gang members for participating in events.
4. Promotions will be given to active gangsters on weekly basis.
5. A criteria would be setup for people to join the gang to hire more experienced and competitive people.
My Goals:
1. 100% turf. I will be appointing an excellent turf team to contest in turf events.
2. Maximum events will be done by the gang in my term.
3. We will be doing ghetto and highway robberies to earn money.
4. A graffiti team will be appointed to ensure maximum graffiti.
