1- I Want to Apply for the Leadership Of National Guard
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1. Experience Across Organizations
I have worked in NG as Lieutenant General (Terme john sir) FIB as 00 agent and GOV as first person protection as , where I held high command positions. This experience taught me how to handle tough situations and lead teams effectively. Now, I want to use these skills in the National Guard. For example, as Chief of Staff of Military Police in NG, I learned how to enforce strict standards and keep the organization running smoothly. I will bring this same focus to the General role.
2. Fixing Internal Problems
During my time in NG, I noticed gaps in training and activity. New recruits often feel lost, and some soldiers lose motivation during quiet shifts. As leader, I will:
- Improve Training: Make sure every soldier knows how to use RP commands and follow protocols.
- Boost Activity: Organize daily patrols, gate checks, and joint missions with other units to keep everyone busy.
- Stop Favoritism: Promote based on hard work, not friendships.
3. Making NG Respected
Many people think NG is boring compared to LSPD or GOV. I want to change that. By hosting events like city-wide drills or public safety campaigns, we will show everyone that NG is essential. Soldiers who do great work will get bonuses and medals, making others want to join us.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. Cross-Department Unity
MPs will train with Black Ops in stealth tactics, while Air Force pilots practice evacuating HR personnel . This builds mutual respect and ensures no unit operates in isolation.
2. Reward Active Soldiers
Sitting at the gate can get boring. To fix this:
- Daily Bonuses: Soldiers who patrol for 2+ hours get $50,000.
- Weekly Promotions: The most active soldier each week earns a rank-up.
- Medals for Heroes: Members who stop crimes or lead successful missions get special awards.
3. Strict Discipline for Realism
As a military group, we need to act professional. I will:
- Mandatory Training: New recruits must pass a 3-day boot camp to learn rules and RP commands.
- Punctuality Rules: Soldiers who miss shifts without reason get demoted.
- No Corruption: MPs will inspect vehicles and investigate rule-breakers.
Department Management System
Human Resources (HR):
- Handle recruitment through ads and state waves.
- Train new members in RP rules and NG protocols.
- Work with High Command to ensure fair promotions.
Military Police (MP):
- Stop corruption by inspecting vehicles for illegal items.
- Patrol the base and city to keep order.
- Partner with Black Ops for big missions like hostage rescues.
Black Ops (BO):
- Respond to all emergencies (store robberies, bomb threats).
- Guard key areas like gates during high-risk times.
- Report suspicious activity to High Command.
Air Force (AF):
- Fly helicopters to watch for threats from the sky.
- Help ground units with air support during missions.
- Keep all aircraft ready for instant action.
“I will lead by example—strict but fair. No favoritism, no laziness. Let’s make NG the most active and respected force in the city! ”
