My family friends told me I had to record the entire event. I downloaded the Medal app, but unintentionally, because I'd never used it before, it only recorded the window. Not everything worked on the desktop. I also didn't know how the event was going, so I didn't know when to start recording. When I joined the event, I found it started at the same moment, so I started recording as soon as possible. However, I learned from my friends that I should have a clip from when I first joined the event, and I received an ER 1.7 and GR 6.17 penalty. This is my first time participating in Family War. I didn't know the rules and didn't read them all before the event, but this mistake was unintentional, so please forgive me this time, as it's my first time. If I can't be forgiven, I hope the time limit is shortened. I'm not a bad person to receive such a severe punishment.
