1. Leader of National Guard.
2.A - Joining Leos was never my initial choice but due to my friend from FIB he Inspired me to become one ,but due to my age in city i wasn`t Qualified enough to Join FIB and Work alongside with him or anyone that i know in this city but i wasn`t Aware that i cant fill any of the Requirements of LSPD or SAHP either. So my friend took me to National Guard and National Guard was the first organization that gladly welcomed me in as their own . From that day, they Inspired to be the leader of this great organization. Joining NG has shown me the importance of self-discipline, commitment and most importantly it teaches us of what it takes to become a Great leader. During my time at NG, I have witnessed a lot of respect from the lowest rank from being a private to the highest in command of the Organization. NG gives everyone the opportunity to lead from the front, even in simple tasks like doing an ammo run. Which is something I would like to continue to do, especially when units proving themselves of their Own Capability and Taking charge of their Responsibility.
2.B - After serving multiple terms in National Guard i got to know about the need and the importance of us in the city and the needs of others orgs that we serve for them, Along with my Experience in LSPD, SAHP and FIB helped me to understand our responsibilities in missions and maintaining the relationship that we should have among other organisations By helping them with providing Ammo and in return they help us safe guarding the base from trespassers, FZ raids and in Missions
2.C - The departments within NG are essential to the success of organization under the watch of new General. I Was Lucky Enough to be a part of all the departments during my time at NG which made me Understand their importance and by ensuring that these departments are led by the best individuals will greatly hold the Overall Success of National Guard and keeps us out of any sort of issue that may cause us any trouble.
3. Advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization:
3.A - Roleplay within the National Guard is essential to keep all the people of the org active, Soldiers will be stationed at gates to inquire the citizens for the reasons of their Visit and to ensure compliance with the entire recruitment process and base protection by Ensuring that they are Well Trained and well Disciplined, Before they were placed on official duties.
3.B - Implementing radio codes will highlight the significance of RP within the NG organization. Units will be trained to get used to these codes during my leadership of NG and Making sure they are trained about the Tactics and Strategy During Situations by Planning along with FIB , LSPD and SAHP. and my soliders will be well trained enough to handle all situations and specially trained for gun fights and with the new training ground in NG we assure its being used everyday to train and get better everyday.
3.C - Involving other organizations and such as EMS is crucial. EMS is vital to unlease our full potential during missions and assisting us by providing medical service. Ensuring strong relationship with a organization like EMS will benefit both sides and Making sure that we Succeed in our Missions .
3.D - Ensuring Airforce and SASD are always ready to assist in any situations and making sure the aircrafts are only flown by people from Airforce will bring more RP and SASD will be well trained on tactical ways will make the RP more realistic. By ensuring an aircraft on air at all time will help us to collect more information that are happening around our surrounding so we can reduce the risk of being attacked by trespassers or any criminal gangs. And Soldiers from both DPET of SASD and AF will be given special access to Certain aircrafts that are only meant to be used on situations.
