Subject: Formal Complaint – Report and my pov
Dear Senior Admin Team,
I’m writing this to formally raise a concern regarding a recent report I submitted, which I believe was unfairly denied by the handling staff member.
The report involved me being randomly killed inside the family house, and I submitted a **full, uninterrupted 4-minute POV video** that shows everything clearly — from the very start of the incident until the moment I was killed. The footage is clean, detailed, and shows the full context of what happened. It was more than sufficient to evaluate the situation.
Despite this, I received a response requesting an “Extended POV (at least 1 minute before death),” which is unnecessary in this case — because the video already **includes over 3 minutes prior to the kill**. I respectfully responded, clarifying that I provided complete footage, and that I stopped the recording **right after** the situation ended (as is common and reasonable).
Yet, the report was denied with the reason: “Insufficient Evidence” – claiming that an Extended POV wasn’t provided. This is completely inaccurate and reflects either a misunderstanding or a failure to fully review the submitted evidence.
Additionally:
- I am **not the one being reported**, so demanding additional POV from me beyond what’s necessary feels misplaced.
- The 4-minute video clearly shows the reported rulebreak, with full context before and during the incident.
- There was no missing context or suspicious editing. Everything is transparent.
I kindly ask that this report be re-reviewed by a senior admin who will evaluate the actual evidence submitted. I strongly believe that this denial was a mistake and should be reconsidered.
Thank you for your attention and fairness.
