The person who opened the forum to me is using obs or a similar application because when you alt-tab the screen does not appear and the recording closes. And metagaming is done, they only get penalized for provoking, please check.

272223 should be punished with GR 3.3 and RDM even if POV is less than 1 minute and 333084 should be punished with RDM if there was no RP before POV.​
