I said hello in Turkish in the club chat, I got banned, I got banned from both of my accounts because I didn't know the new rules, I want to start the game again, can you please help me, if I knew the rules I wouldn't have done it, I really regret what I did, can you please give me a chance just once, I miss the game so much.
