Istiaq was born into a small, poor family in a slum. His father died in an accident before Istiaq was born. In his early age, his mother became so sick, and they were so poor to take her to the hospital. Istiaq tried to reach some relative for some money, but luck wasn't in his favor, and he got nothing. His mother's last wish was to see her son as a police officer. Istiaq can't save his mother from death. As he had no choice without joining a crime gang, as he doesn't have any money to run himself. He did many illegal activities with his gang; it became Istiaq's habit, but in the meantime, he had a strong dream to fulfill his mother's wish. This made him feel so sorry that he left the gang and joined SAHP, where he started his real corrupt career in order to make money and to follow his habit of doing crime. It makes his mother dream full as well as his passion for doing corruption.
Career Story:
After joining SAHP, Istiaq did a lot of hard work to become a successful guy in SAHP, and he was getting a lot of praise from his colleagues as well. Istiaq did so many operations to remove crime from the city, but it wasn't enough. He did more hard work and made so many beautiful plans to make the city fully crime-free, but some corrupt guys didn't make it possible, and they denied the permission to run them. Still, Istiaq was trying his best to perform his duty. For all these reasons, Istiaq became so popular but was missing those crime days he used to lead. Istiaq got a nice rank with some respect, but nothing made him happy. Also, as a fan of money, Istiaq was trying to earn some extra money. He was trying to make a big amount with his skill in crime. SAHP work became boring for him, and he decided to be a corrupt guy.
Outcomes:
1) Istiaq White is able to trade/sell his kidnapped officers and his 10-15s to gangs ( With sufficient and realistic RP and Limited to 100k total)
2) Istiaq White can lie about requesting a lawyer to a 10-15 and instead process them, as well as not show his ID to conceal his identity.
3) Istiaq White can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if she severely dislikes them, or for revenge and torture them but cant kill. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe, No targeting as well)
4) Istiaq White may take bribes (up to 100k and illegal items, Total 100k).
5) Istiaq White, when arresting/letting go a suspect, is able to take all legal/illegal weapons instead of confiscating them.(Considering it is a bribe, Limited to 100k total)
