2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1) I would Like to Become Leader of Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) because i have spent almost 5 to 6 terms in LSPD and LSPD was my first legal org which i joined . I started as rank 3 in LSPD and later i climbed my way through and became the cos . Working in LSPD fells like a home place to me as i started my career here and becoming the leader of such a org can help me gain more experience and help me learn more about LSPD.
2.2) LSPD was my first org which I joined and all the things I learnt from the General post and other legal org as high command helped me gain good knowledge about all these orgs especially about LSPD . I was part of EMS,GOV,FIB,SHAP and NG as general . Being a General thought me a lot of thing I know some of my mistakes and if I become the Chief of Police I will make sure and I will try my best to improve the work environment and not repeat the mistakes.
2.3) Lastly I have my team ready with me , my deputies and me have already planned some new changes , rank system and pr events so it can make the term more smooth and better.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1) Firstly to improve RP in LSPD as well with the citizens and city me and my PR team have already planned 25 unique events which we will do with other orgs as well with LI and EMS we will include them in our events so that it can boost RP in city , ems being there in events can help to reduce the chances of injury of citizen and LI can cover our events and show it to citizens so that they can join LSPD or take part in these events , this can boost RP . We will make sure there 24/7 towing and TE departemtn is most active.
3.2) LSPD is a well-organized org , i will make sure we collaborate with other orgs so that we can boost RP in city , for example our swat team can practice fake hostage event scenario . and i want to bring back a department in LSPD specially within wait "airbrone" we can collaborate with NG air-force to protect the city and respond to evets quickly.
3.3) In LSPD we will choose the best Head of Internal Affairs (IA) so that IA team can insure that there is no favoritism and no one is getting higher rank without proper proof so that everyone can work and earn the rank they deserve. I will make sure there is no favoritism or any discrimination based on rank towards lower rank and Very HC will be properly trained and is using correct rp commands and radio codes .
