I was negotiating with my friend for shopping in parking 2 and he came and hit him with his car first, maybe it was by mistake, but then he turned the steering wheel to the right first because I accidentally hit him while I was leaving the parking lot, and when I turned to the left, we collided again, then I tried to escape from them, they chased me and hit me constantly, I went to the police and asked for help, the police did nothing, and another policeman was trying to catch the culprit and they blocked him too, I told the in-game admins that they didn't hit much after he came, but all in pov.
