He trained hard, kept his head down, did the job right. Now his is here, patrolling the highways of San Andreas. He’s not the perfect cop but he get the job done.
Career Story:
Nikolai joined the San Andreas Highway Patrol to do something that mattered. At first, Nikolai was all about the uniform, respect and the job. He followed every rule, stuck to the book, and worked hard. He handled traffic stops and chases. He earned his stripes the right way.
But the more time he spent in the department, the more he saw what really goes on behind the scenes. Some officers were taking bribes, letting things slide, and still getting ahead. Meanwhile, he was doing extra shifts and still struggling to get by.
One day, he looked the other way for a guy who slipped him a fat envelope. No paperwork, no trouble, just cash. That was the first time. It didn’t take long before he realized how easy it was. People would pay big money to avoid tickets, arrests, or to move things through checkpoints.
He didn’t plan to go dirty but once you see how the game’s played, it’s hard to ignore. He got smarter about it. Clean on the surface, smooth underneath. He passed inspections, kept his image clean, and made connections on the side.
Outcomes:
1. Nikolai can take bribes for up to $100,000 or ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe.
2. Nikolai can remove people from criminal records and wanted list for a bribe (up to 100k or weapons equivalent to it).
3. Nikolai can Pickpocket his 10-15.
4. Nikolai can break IC law including CCOP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention. (He must keep in mind the OOC consequences.)
5. Nikolai can leak information and also he can torture/interrogate for information from anyone (Keeping in mind that he cannot kill 10-15)
6. Nikolai can buy, sell, loot, and use illegal firearms and items (armor, drugs, and engine blockers) while on or off duty in BM. (org items aren’t included)
7. Nikolai can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
8. Nikolai can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe).
9. Nikolai can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also help them escape from prison (darknet task or using USB).
10. Nikolai can use no serial guns, and he can pick up any weapons from the ground. (No org weapons)
