Sam was born in los santos his mother was killed by a gangster when he was young and his dad died while serving the city as a Government agent . Sam faced many financial problems in his life and had multiple breakdowns too but he never gave up , he Joined government one day and he started working as a USSS Agent after a long time of hard work and his loyalty to Government he became the USSS Director and he is currently the high command of one of the most powerful Org. in the city . Sam works tirelessly to combat crime and protect the City , Honoring the memories of his parents who are not in the world anymore . He is hardworking but he was anger issues cause of the trauma he got when he was young of loosing his both parents . Sam tries to control his anger, but due to some bad to control, the anger issues have a hard-working punctual and loyal to his organisation . This is a small life of Sam Crazyy .

Sam joined government and worked as a DOC officer in the beginning. He faced some issues over there when he wanted to join the USSS department, some high commands were forcing him not to join the USSS as he was very active and hard-working. They wanted him in his DOC department, but eventually he joined the United States secret service and he started working in a agency which is powerful in the city he worked very long in the United States secret services. He was qualified enough to work in that Department of government After months passed, he got promoted, and one day he became the high command, the USSS director. He is now the first person of the state and he still works hard. He wanted to be the good person, but due to some issues, there were spread of negativity towards him. People sometimes think of him as arrogant director who abuses his power, but eventually he never try to abuse his power. He never does. He just wanted to be a good director towards the city and towards his units. In the current date, he is doing pretty well and he has become a a person whose parents would be proud if they were alive.
Outcomes:
1. Sam Crazyy can receive bribes upto 100k each to release his 10-15s / Family members if she/he wants to.(with an rp reason and with compliance to the rules of the server)
2. Sam Crazyy can become hostage for money up to 100k and can exchange information between leos and gangs for his personal benifit upto 100k.

5. Sam Crazyy doesn't have to follow 10-15 processing procedures like showing ID or reading Miranda Rights and can lie/deny about a lawyer if a suspect requests it.
