The player with ID 123189 is only banned from EN2 for helping with ban evading, video he posted clearly disrespects the entire GrandRP project, not just one server. The meme used is known for being offensive, and it goes against server values.
Because of the nature of the video and his past actions, I believe he should be blacklisted from the whole project, not just EN2.
