basically i was gonna looking for a car and this new guy come and talking in a weird way so I knew he was a new and asked him if he want money to help him but he insulted my mother which i cant accept and i cant reply to him because its against the rules please punish him because if he still doing this he's breaking rules more often and after video i told him to say sorry but he insult me again
