2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I want to become leader of this organisation because I think
I’ve got enough experience to handle the organisation and maintain a full term or two. Also I have good experience in Federal Investigation Bureau as Deputy Director in wintox term where we completed 13 Gang raids and 2 Family raids within 14 days.
Secondly I have a good experience in legal organisation apart from FIB from past many terms as a highcommand & Deputy in almost of the state organisation and I have that leadership skills which FIB needs in the new director
I will try to complete the raid season & we will make sure to complete whole term and will try our best to take second term and complete it too with good number of gang raids.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I will make sure than maximum Patrolling and Arresting should be done so that the lawyers also enjoy getting cases and our officers also enjoy arresting 10-15 and Roleplaying of a COP and a Lawyer should be done professionally.
From making role play interesting we need to be professional in FIB so that everyone should enjoy FIB but also at the same time they are professional to employees and to other fellow organisation as well as citizens.
I would also try my best to hire good High command so that low command should should not feel bad about unprofessional behaviour from any of the High command rank.
Departments
Human Resources: As training and hiring is most important thing so I will make sure to make a good Human Resource team so that everyone who is new to FIB gets good training and makes minimal mistakes while doing their duty.
Internal Affairs: IA will regularly check backgrounds and licenses of the officers and they will also do activity check regularly so that tern can be good and active
SRT/Spec Ops: From tactical strategies on foot to scouting a crime scene in helicopters. This division will unleash the inner spirit of the units who want to be on the frontline,the main squad and the quickest response team, Negotiations will Not be a separate division anymore like seen in Past it will be a whole with SRT.
CID : The team will cover evidences by going undercover against gangs so that a casefile full of evidence can be made to raid the gang HQ
