Hello Admins,
I’d like to report an incident involving Officer Oguz Karahanli.
Earlier today, I was AFK in the city, parked properly in a designated parking area (not on the road or in any restricted zone), simply having my breakfast OOC. When I returned, I saw that I had been arrested (60 min jail). I was shocked, as I was AFK the whole time, and to my knowledge, interacting with or arresting AFK players is strictly against RP rules.
I’m requesting POV from Officer Oguz Karahanli regarding this arrest, as I don’t see any valid RP reason behind it.
Furthermore, I want to highlight that this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this officer. Just last night, he attempted to arrest me illegaly and even harassed me during the situation. Thankfully, state lawyer stepped in, and I was proven innocent.
However, right after my lawyer dropped me outside the jail gate, the same officer tried to catch me again for Over speeding on highway.
Later that night, he even followed me into the city and initiated a heavy 10-10. During that situation, things didn’t go his way, and he and his team got cooked and ended up popping their heads mid-RP (possible combat logging). It feels very much like I’m being targeted personally by this officer, and it’s affecting the roleplay experience.
I am also attaching his ID from the previous incident as further evidence.
I respectfully request that this be reviewed and appropriate action be taken if any rules were violated.
