Dear Admin,

Today I opened a pov req forum and the guy successfully posted his pov, but what was missed is that there was no sound in his pov, which violates ER1.7 rules. But the admin said there was no problem here and changed the forum to rejected. I believe that you can analyse this issue carefully and make a correct decision.
