Greetings I hope this message finds you well Im reaching out with utmost respect and appreciation to kindly request your attention regarding a situation I recently encountered A short while ago, I submitted a report regarding a car theft incident that occurred in game Unfortunately the initial report was declined due to insufficient or unclear evidence which I completely understood and respected After that I managed to gather clearer evidence including a full video that clearly shows what happened and who was involved. I submitted a second report with the new video attached hoping it would clarify the situation However it was also declined immediately with the reasoning that I cannot submit a second report on the same issue, even though the second report included new solid evidence that wasnt part of the first I strongly believe in the fairness and integrity of the server's management which is why Im reaching out to you directly hoping the case can be reevaluated based on the updated and clearer evidence provided in the second report I fully trust in your commitment to justice and equal treatment of all players Im not asking for any special treatment only that the evidence be reviewed fairly Thank you for your time and continued efforts to maintain a positive and fair environment for everyone
