I had a target on someone called Alper, so i walked to the guy and asked him some questions and one of them is ,, Are you Alper" and he didnt answer so i asked everyone else around him and they all said no and my GPS for the bounty showed me his location all the time so i killed him. and now i got 2 warnings for it.
if i wanted to do something like that and break the rules than i woud've killed everyone around this area but i really didnt want to do it.

Rejected, Rule clearly says that you can't shoot or kill before an event by 10 mins. even tho if you have target. kill him after the event by 5 mins. so correct decision was given by the administrator
