today we were being shot multiple times by the smokers family who are constantly harassing our family, SMK Suyash ID 202773 is the main culprit however when i asked admin in my in game dm, "uday cartel" told me he was "checking" and then proceeded to tell me in the in game messages that "it was an accessible roof" instead of punishing the family for rdm from the rooftop when there was no event to lead to them shooting at us in the first place. i then went back into my messages to screenshot his reply to post in forums and it has mysteriously disappeared from my dm. you can clearly see from my messages when he says "checking" my response of "and tis rdm there is no event" doesn't make sense because my response was a direct reply to him telling me the roof was accessible. he then tells me after he didn't see anything despite telling me the roof is accessible so i have reason to believe he is showing favouritism towards this family member and ignoring them whilst providing excuses to cover for them. im sure a senior admin can see that hes removed the message telling me the rooftop was accessible and i want this looked into because i find this to be a complete abuse of power and trust within the community.
