i was at my bunker for visit and when i leave the bunker to go back to my house these 2 guys came in car and followed me and started shooting without demand, i was riding my bmx and the are shooting at me from back, when i arrived at my house i decided to observe the situation and this guy with ID 70380 started 5 second count down but as per rules there must be RP situation to give demand but there is no RP situation so that was UB Demand, even they started shooting before the demand and after demand he killed me. POV started 160 seconds before the situation.

First of all you got shoot at in the highway? then you ran into ur house? Where u was given demands but didn't follow? 6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN . I don't need to give you a reason why im givin demands to leave the area. I'm tellin you the leave the area with demands. you should leave the area that's actually fail to fear-rp. Nice self report thread.

Engage RP means there should be RP situation for demand. This is not red zone where you can kill someone for no reason, there should be authentic reason to kill someone outside of red zone. Anyway I don't need to explain to you, authorized persons have right to decide and he will let us know his decision as per rules.

ID 70380 will receive a punishment for RDM
Reason: it was a clearly RDM because first ID 70380 shoot in the highway without giving a demand and second the demand given by ID 70380 will be not consider because ID 143544 is standing Infront of his own house which is his private property. ​
