Dear Admin Team,
I’m writing this because I’m genuinely shocked and confused about the recent ban issued on my account for alleged cheating. I want to make it absolutely clear that I have never used any form of illegal software or cheat tools. I’ve always played with integrity and fairness, and I’ve consistently provided my POVs whenever requested, without hesitation.
What’s most concerning to me is that this decision appears to have been made without any inspection of my PC or a proper investigation into my setup. I would have fully cooperated with any checks or reviews. and I still am more than willing to do so, because I know I have nothing to hide.
I’ve put a lot of time, energy, and genuine passion into this game. To receive a ban under these circumstances, without a chance to properly defend myself or present my side, is deeply upsetting. I respectfully ask for a thorough review of my case, and for the opportunity to clear my name based on facts and transparency.
