Player ID 190745 started speaking in hindi in green zone and started abusing people nearby calling slangs on parents just bcz he couldnt speak in english there. The first three rule breaks r only for this id.
Then later on the second suspect with player id 114880 came and drove the car at timestamp 0:30 without any keys. Maybe they were fam members but then the car owner said in rp chat that he didnt hand over any keys. After a while the same guy came back and started driving my purple progen p1 at timestamp 1:11 (pls note the fact i didnt offer keys to anyone here). Then he sat in another car and just started ramming people who were standing there for no reason. This guy is accused for cheats and VDM. Hope he is dealt with soon.
