I'm writing to kindly follow up regarding my ban status. I was banned on March 23, 2025 for violating General Rules 3.1 & 3.2, which was a 14-day ban and should now be completed.
Additionally, I received another ban on March 24, 2025 for General Rules 1.7 & 1.9, with a 60-day duration. I previously submitted an appeal for this, and your response was that my account would be wiped and then unbanned.
However, as of today, it has been 20 days since your reply, and:
The 14-day ban from March 23 has not been lifted.
The wipe and unban process has not yet been completed.
Could you please clarify if there is a delay or if I need to take any further action? I fully accept the consequences, and I truly appreciate your time and support throughout this process.
