Life story:
Micheal Barnes was born in a poor family in Nevada where he grew with the local hood people and got into bad company at a very young age. He was introduced to gun culture as a kid and grew up seeing violence and the bad side of the society. Micheals Father passed away when he was still a kid but his last wish always remained with him. His fathers last wish was to see Micheal be a successful police officer. As Micheal was really emotionally attached to his father he decided to honour his fathers last wish by joining the SAHP as a trooper. With his workaholic nature, he quickly gained knowledge and climbed up the ranks in SAHP.
Career Story:
As his career as a police officer was flourishing and he was climbing the rank ladder, he got to the rank of chief commander. One of the highest ranks in SAHP which enabled him to have a lot of power and control. With this much power in his hands, his mind started deviating from his original goals and he started abusing his authority for monetary as well as career benefits. He started accepting bribes to lower fines/leave the suspect, deny attorneys to hide his corruption and even deny to show ids to civillians to maintain his privacy and secrecy. The limit was crossed when an FIB officer saw him doing corruption and micheal kidnapped and tortured that officer just to hide his corruption. Micheal has completely let his power abusing corrupted self take over him and now is blinded by his power and corruption.
Outcomes:
1. Micheal can pick up illegal guns from the ground when a fight is finished and use them on duty and off duty.
2. Micheal can sell sensitive org info for monetary benefit. (He can also accept guns or ammunition of equal worth)
3. Micheal can Refuse a lawyer or do not read miranda rights.
4. Micheal can initiate jail breaks and take dark net contracts.
5. Micheal can refuse to show his ID to other Leos , 10-15s and civilans to maintain his secrecy and privacy while doing corruption.
6. Micheal can break the bodycam with proper rp (/try command twice every situation).
7. Micheal can sell weapons in black market. (Micheal cannot sell org weapons)
8. Micheal can interrogate, toruture, kill other leos/civillians if they catch him doing corruption. (Only by proper roleplay)
9. Micheal can escape if he gets prior information about a state inspection.
10. Micheal can lie to other co workers, state employees, civillians to hide his corruption.
