2 people sit on a chair and decide whether they want to split or steal the prize pool provided to them, which later anonymously text the host whther they want to split or steal. if both contestants pick split they share the prize pool by 50/50. if one picks steal and the other picks split the one who steals gets the entire prize pot. if pboth contestants pick steal none of them get the prize pool and walk out with nothing
