On consideration Fail RP + RDM | 189321

As You Can See That I was knoced down by ID : 170638, i have no issues with this ID. However ID 189321 did Fail RP by not saying the command while patching at time stamp : 02:08 and when i started running towards the hills he shot me without any demands at Timestamp 02:21.
