Hey. I was standing in the fields at family busines. Was in vehicle. Minimized game and hearing dudes talking. Maximized game back and see 3 dudes with 2 cars around me and saying i need to go out car. I knew if i am in vehicle they need 4 person and 2 vehicles to robb me. If i was outside vehicle then it counted as a loot not a robbery right? They shooted me when i try to drive away from them. Then they healed me and right before they healed me ADMIN Souls Mattheww came and watched whole situation. I try to explain him that these 3 players breaking doing against rp roleplay rules. Because i was in vehicle. He reply to me when after gave me 120 min jail prison time for PG (Power Gaming). In my view these 3 players who try to loot me they couldnt because i was in vehicle inside they needed 4 persons to robb me. Can you take off my jail time and say that further admins look more careful into rp situations.

Plus before i start to drive away with vehicle i told them through microphone this isnt rules rp situation you need 1 more person to robb me i was in vehicle. Then admin sended me to prison. I all the time talked also but in video you cant hear my voice because it records in game sounds only.

Thanks for suggestion mate, I'm trying to nice there if I want I can mute all of them and make them follow instructions but I'm trying to be flexible and give chance as some of them are new to server.

Ok I got what your confusion is let me clarify it for you. First of all they need 4 people and 2 car if your like driving on highway or in ghetto and they want to rob you so they will try to pull you over and you have to stop. And if u are already killed by someone or you are sitting in vehicle and he killed you or gave you demand to hop out by pointing gun then he only need 3 people rob you. I hope this clarify your confusion about rules.

In this situation, it was usually robbing. You were not driving, you were just sitting in the car.
6.16 During robbery of person, armoured car, trucks (any kind of transport) must be atleast 2 cars and 4 persons to stop them and rob.

We can clear see that they need 4 people to STOP car and then rob. They didn't stop you, so it was usually robbing.
