2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

1 I used to be a member of Vagos before, so I already know how the gang works. I know the turf, how to organize sprays, robberies, and deal with other gangs. I think I can help bring more structure and activity back.
2 I enjoy gang RP more than anything else. I like the team fights, the strategy, the adrenaline of turfs and store robbing. I want to lead a gang that’s fun but also serious when it comes to RP.
3 I’m online every day and know many people who also play in ghetto. I think I can create a solid group and keep the gang active in events and war zones.

1. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:

I will give each rank a clear job so everyone knows what to do
I will remove people who troll or don’t follow RP rules
I’ll host some meetings or RP events inside the gang, not just shootouts
Teach new members basic RP like how to interact during turfs, robbery, or hostage
Work with other gangs to create more interesting RP stories (alliance, betrayal, etc.)
