Dear Grand RP Admin Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to sincerely apologize for my actions that led to receiving a warning for Fail RP—specifically, for using the forum to talk while my character was dead.
At the time, I didn’t fully understand that communicating while in the “dead” state was a violation of RP rules. I now understand that this breaks immersion and is considered Fail RP. I take full responsibility for my mistake and assure you that it was not my intention to disrupt the roleplay experience for others.
Since then, I have taken the time to re-read the server rules and guidelines to ensure that I do not repeat this behavior. I genuinely enjoy being part of the Grand RP community, and I want to maintain a clean record moving forward.
I kindly ask for your understanding and humbly request the removal of this warning from my account. I understand the importance of maintaining high RP standards and am committed to improving and following the rules more carefully.
