Life story:-
Rafsan Araf was born in the small town of Faridpur, Bangladesh, and lived a peaceful life with his parents until he was twelve. However, their village was captured by an influential member of parliament who forced people to sell their properties in a very less price to him and committed terrible acts against the women. Rafsan's father couldn't stand this and began to make a group to fight against the member.When the member knew about it,he brutally murdered Rafsan's father in front of the village. In a moment of rage, young Rafsan avenged his father by killing the member. This work make the attention of a powerful local cartel, which adopted Rafsan in. He started to live into a life of crime with them, eventually he killed the leader of the cartel to gain more power and influence. But his time was short-lived,another cartel attacked of them for internal conflict with Rafsan.But Rafsan ran away to save his life. Seeking to live a underground life, he did plastic surgery and joined a organization, Leos. He climbed the ranks relentlessly, but his greed for money and illegal activities soon led him down a path of corruption. He began exploiting his position, accepting bribes from his 10-15 and also even secretly dealing with other cartels with his new identity.
Career Story:-
Rafsan joined the LSPD as a trainee officer and was selected for the traffic enforcement department. He used to only tow cars and wanted to live a casual life, but his past haunted him. Day by day, Rafsan tried to become an honest man and started to live a simpler life. The high commands noticed his excellent shooting skills, and he got chance to admitted to SWAT. As days passed, Rafsan earned good ranks and chose to take over the PR department due to his strong communication skills and became high command of LSPD.However, everything changed in an instant. The rival cartel he had fled to save his life discovered his identity. They wanted to kill Rafsan, and he begged for his life. The cartel leader, greedy for money, decided not to kill him but instead demanded a huge amount of money. Rafsan agreed to the deal to stay alive. His only source of income was his job, which didn't pay enough, though he had earned considerable respect at work. To save his life, he decided to do corruption to gather the money for the cartel. Helpless, he began arresting criminals and demanding money for their release, started dealing with gangs, and forced criminals to hand over their weapons so he could sell them on the black market for cash.
Outcomes:-
1) Rafsan can take weapons and money as bribes. (up to $100,000 and he can ask for gun, ammo, drug and illegal items as bribe)
2) Rafsan can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
3) Rafsan is able to sell/buy illegal weapons and Items from the Black Market. (Not ORG weapons)
4) Rafsan is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) up to twice per situation, and if found, breaks it (/do breaks bodycam).
5) Rafsan can add or remove people in wanted list, and also he can give fines and arrest someone for fake charges IF he severely dislikes them or for revenge.
6) Rafsan can do anything possible to help his family and close friends for example release them if they are in cuffs, drop their charges and let them escape.
