2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
. I Joined Life Invader a months ago I’ve worked in different departments of Lifeinvader but mostly in Ads team and Creative team. I do believe that my skills will contribute to making organisation more and more successful and will help the people of Los Santos in different aspects.
• To make a impact: Many people want to become leaders to make a positive impact on the organization and the people working in it. They may have a vision for the future and want to lead the organization towards that vision. And want to improve like Fast PDA clear and no delay in ad to edit and good behaviour with employee listening to everyone and helping eachother is the main team work.
• Last but not the least a hard-working and experienced person is required to lead the organisation in various events and different situations. As in Life invader I see LI has the most potential to boost the RP, from its crowd control team to its creative team, etc. I have a lot of ideas for increasing RP within the organisation. I always see myself as a creative person who can do a lot. This is one of the most important reasons to go for LI. And active in event and everything and help each other and working with them and no higher up power use
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
The most interesting and important part of being the Leader of Life Invader is Making Roleplay interesting !!
Here some of my idea to improve roleplay
1) Most Important To clear PDA fast ASAP
2) Daily 1-2 artical ready to post.
3) NO Promotion without meeting minimum requirement.
4) Creative team always have good idea and mange events and all.
5) As CEO Always help each other like if no one free then I take test or boardcaste and all.
6) NO HIGH COMMAND USE HIS OR HER POWER TO LOWER
7) Daily bonus.
8) Proper rank system follow.
