Hello dear Lebron,
I am writing this appeal because on 05.02.2025 I get a permanent ban for constant rule violation. First of all, I want to try to explain the situation in the best possible way. I started playing on Grand Project in the summer of 2022 with my friends. And I spent a lot of my time on Grand because I had fun and enjoyed playing this project all the time, it simply became a part of my life.
On 06.08.2024 I get a 14-day ban from the Deputy Chief Administrator Mujo Simba for Constant Rule Violation. I saw it as a second chance and was truly grateful for it and wanted to use it in the best possible way.
After that 14-day ban, I broke the rule 4 times and for each time I have an honest explanation. On 22.08.2024 and 05.10.2024 I violated the "CL" rule, in both cases I was arrested by the Police and while driving to prison my game crashed because I have a very, very bad PC and as soon as I drive over 150 - 200 km/h my game crashes, I hope you can check in the logs that my game really crashed and that I did not exit on purpose, for one case I also have the exact time when my game crashed (05.10.2024 12:22h - 12:25h ).
After that on 08.10.2024 I violated the rule G.P. 3.2 where the POV of the whole situation was not shown very well from the beginning but I do not complain about the decision of the Administrator Sova Avos.
The last rule that was broken was a mistake and I didn't immediately realize that I had broken it, it was G.P 1.7. On 24.12.2024 between 01:00h - 02:00h in the morning I transferred about 6 million into hands, which I didn't realize right away, but my friend told me about it after a few minutes, but unfortunately it was already too late, for that violation I did a Self Report through a friend who report me on Forum on the same day and for which I got banned. Even if it wasn't a big G.P. 1.7, I was aware that I had broken it and I didn't want to hide it because I would definitely be punished for it at some point.
After all that, on 27.01.2025, I collected all my money and sold all the items and houses I had, and I had to borrow money from a friend in order to be able to buy "Car Sharing No. 2" for 1.3 billion. Unfortunately, less than 10 days after purchasing the business, I received a perma ban on 05.02.2025 for Constant Rule Violation. At that time, I lost everything I owned because everything was in that Business. I don't own anything on the server now, but I really want to get back to the wonderful Grand Project because I want to have fun and play with my friends because I really miss your wonderful Project and I hope you will understand my situation. Shortly after the ban, I contacted the RS Administration and received information from RS Chef Administrator Abraham Elkhabib that there was a possibility that I would get unbanned in the future and that I could try to write an unban appeal in the future. In addition, I bought a new PC and I really want to experience the full pleasure of playing on Project. I truly apologize for all the broken rules that Project has set and I am very sorry for that.
