To start, i want to say that I'm not making this complaint against an Admin who issued 3h demorgan for RDM.
I was punished for RDM in situation at the end of linked video. Player was ramming my trailer after his trailer glitched in to mine seconds earlier.
I got out and issued demand to leave the cab. Then after 5 seconds were counted, i shot him.
I have carefully studied GR listed in discord to avoid confusion in the future and breaking the rules, and GR 6.24 said "It is forbidden to rob/kidnap people who working on STARTING jobs such as busmen/taxi drivers/electricians, etc."
Therefore my understanding of that mentioned rule was, to be specific, no robbing or kidnaping anyone who works STARTING jobs. Listed examples were Bus, Taxi, Electrician, which have no level restrictions. Now Trucking after rework requires level 5, therefore it didn't sound to me like a Starting job. It had level restrictions. It's not available for someone who just started.
Now, if my punishment will not be shortened, considering it was my first offense since i joined 3 weeks ago, I'd like to ask for making that rule specific, because it brought me a lot confusion when penalty was issued, mainly due to the fact i was 100% sure that no level restrictions for job = starter job, something level restricted = non starter job.
