Hello, Today i got Rdm for bounty but they say you need to tell them why you kill him. I dont think in real life we tell person before killing you have bounty. Also the situation is strange he come down and ask the situation then punished. I am sure he come after the situation. Also i ask admin about it he say no need to do that.

You do not need to inform them why, however, you need to conduct proper RP by confirming that is your target!
