2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1. Ever since i have came into the city i have always recognized LEOS as the best organization and always wanted to play a major heroic role in the LEOS,i have a very good past with the LEOS as ive been on very big posts in Legal ORG'S
2.2. The past experience i have in the LEOS is another reason i want to be the leader of this great organisation as ive seen almost every post except being a leader of the organisation and leading from the front. i consider it as a dream that i Mirza Indra will be the Director of Federal Investigation Bureau and lead the organisation so well that people will remember my term and talk about it for ages
2.3. Not only the experience but also i have the leadership quality in me and have the abbility to guide and control people for good use as this is an inheretant quality in me which can be beneficial not only for me but also for my subbordinates and to the general people at large.
3. Your advices for improving Role-Play level in organization.
3.1. I will make sure that there is a proper hiring department which will be the Human Resources (HR) team and they will select only skilled and efficient players as an officer in order to run things smoothly and work professionally
3.2. I will make sure by my self at the end of everyday that there is no stealing done from the organisations warehouse and we will arrange a team for the punnishment for the one who does so
3.2. To make the officers more intrested and active towards our organisation i will try to make the best bonus system for the people who will guard the city on my first call and the ones who will always be active

The work of the HR department will be to hire by taking a very strict interview and give top notch trainings to the new ones
Public Relations (PR)
The (PR) department will manage the image of our organisation and will handle the media along with that it will make positive public narratives
Criminal Investigation Department (CID)
The (CID) department will focus on investigating serious crimes including fraud, theft, and other serious offenses their work will also include gathering evidence and identifying suspects. They will also maintain criminal records, coordinate investigations, and provide information to parliament regarding crimes
Internal Affairs (IA)
The (IA) department will handle the internal conflicts of the organisation and will take action against it. It will also make the organisation more accountable and make our officers work more comfortablely
Special Operations (SPEC OPS)
The (SPEC OPS) department will counter the terrorism, will take on highly risked missions, covert operations and will handle major crisis situations
