- My Legal organizations experience started with the Government , where I climbed each and every rank till I was a Chief minister . After the Government , I joined FIB and climbed through each rank and became Supervisor of SWAT. Afterwards I joined LSPD as Chief of Staff and then SAHP. After being in Legal organizations for a long time and gaining tones of experience ,I have spent almost 5 to 6 terms in LSPD . I feel confident that I can lead an organization as LSPD.
- We all know LSPD is a starting for all newcomers to our city where they learn and get a grasp of everything about LEOs from LSPD. As LSPD leader my aim is to create supportive and positive environment so they can give there best while working as LSPD officer. With my deputies and High Command team, we will ensure everything will be fair and Maintain the environment free from toxicity, favoritism and corruption and make sure all rules are strictly followed.
- Lastly I have my team ready with me , my deputies and me have already planned some new changes , rank system and pr events so it can make the term more smooth and better.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
- I think newbie should be supported and trainees. I will make a team that are professional and experience enough to hire and train the new employees. I will select my HR staff very carefully so that they can train everyone efficiently. And I think one important department of every organization is HR department and I myself am with this HR department. I have been connected for a long time. I will always prioritize professionalism in the organization. I will make sure that my employees are professional in every situation with the citizens and with the state employees. I want to improve the Roleplay experience in the organization by making it immersive and engaging. I'll encourage everyone to stay in character and create rich backstories that make interactions more authentic.

Traffic Enforcement (TE) : Their major work will be to roam in the city with their tow truck and ensure that no vehicles are illegally parked, if they see any then they will tow them and give their owner fine.
Internal Affair (IA) : Their major work will be to keep and eye on all the officers and constantly do their BG check, license check and ensure that no one do any corruption.
Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT): Their main work will be to patrol in city and prevent citizens from breaking any law and to also respond to Global.
