1. Why do you want to become an Assistant Admin?

• After roleplaying in GrandRP for a good amount of time now, I think I have gained enough knowledge in the server to start to assist other players and doing my part to ensure no one unknowingly breaks any rules, while still participating in the RP scene of the server. When I started playing GrandRP I was completely clueless - I had no idea what I was doing when it came to RP and the rules surrounding it but in no time, I had learnt the fundamentals of it and that is only because of how beginner- friendly GrandRP is. This server is honestly incredible and that is one of the major core reasons I would like to become an Admin Assistant.

• SAHP - HOD of HRT
• SAHP - HOD of PR
• LSPD - DHOD of PR
• FIB - Field Agent 3
• Families - Loyalist (4)

• Committed to the things I find interest in
• A drive to learn from every action and better myself every day
• A genuine passion to help people
• Not afraid of constructive critism
• I try to make things as enjoyable as possible for myself, and others

• I hyperfocus on things sometimes
• Time management

5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by being Assistant?

• The ability to act swift and accordingly in situations
• Evaluate problems and choose the best-fitting solution for all parties, while maintaining solidarity of standard protocol
• Do my part to keep moral and ethic high within the team
• Availability (e.g. if you message me, most times you will get a response within minutes)
• Maintain professionalism during the most confliciting and difficult circumstances

6. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?

• Nope - currently, I am committed to GrandRP.

7. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?

• My only recent punishment is a mute - I learnt from my mistake and hoping it doesn't affect my application as in the Rules for filing an Admin Assistant Application -> Admin Assistant Application | IC Name it states that the application would only be rejected if I have a bad punishment history
