Life Story -
Anshh was born in Istanbul Turkey. His parents never loved him. His parents planned a whole fake story to kidnap him so that they can get rid of him. One day while he was playing out with his friends. He got abducted and ended up in an unknown city. It was too difficult for him as he was alone in whole city. One day a man saw him and questioned him about his parents. Anshh answered that he doesn't know anything so the man took him to his house and adopted him. The man who adopted him was a sergeant in LSPD. Anshh started living with him. The man got him enrolled into school. His uncle who was a police officer, He also wanted to be a police officer like his uncle. He got enrolled into police department with his uncle's connections. At the age of 22 his uncle died .His uncle got shot by an enemy, He was so sad those days after his uncle died. He wanted to take revenge and kill his uncle killer. At this moment he was in LSPD, But after his uncle death he took a break from LSPD for a little bit. During the time period He got to underworld to kill his uncle killer. He found that some other guy had placed a bounty on his uncle's killer. He found the killer and killed him and he earned 1 million dollars for this. he started working in underworld taking bounties.
Career Story -
As Now Anshh was working for the underworld, He got to be popular in the underworld and as after completing his first bounty mission to kill his uncle murderer he earned so much money. Greed pulled Anshh towards itself he started completing more bounties on people by killing them by maintaining his secret identity. He used to wear black clothes and a balaclava which he stole from Los Santos Police Department while taking a break. This ensured keeping his identity hidden. In a span of one month by completing bounties he killed 100 people by now. He used to take bounties from hidden Gangstar and complete it and gets his money then disappear. He had a skill developed of being stealth, He learnt how to stealth kill someone which helped him in his work. One day he was caught by the police and was taken to an unknown place, The police started asking money from Anshh, Due to his stealth skills Anshh took down both of the police after they uncuffed him. This incident gave Anshh an idea that he can join the Lost Santos Police Department back and can complete bounties and do his work in an easier manner. He joined back LSPD as he was an ex agent so he didn’t got any background checks they recruited him back easily. And due to his uncle he was always at a high rank in the organisation through which he got his rank back. He was handling both the legal and illegal activities all by himself. past experience about guns and his tactics. Due to his great tactics he got known and was trusted by the LSPD chief Billu Boxer. He started doing stuff under the table due to more freedom like robbing people , frightening someone , arresting them without any valid reason. He becames so strong at this point that even if people knew about his illegal working they choose to stay quiet because they were scared that Anshh can kill them easily if they expose him.
Outcomes -
1) Anshh can take bribes from 10-15 (Limited to 100k)
2) Anshh can lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to show his id
3) Anshh can break all the IC LAWS and STATE LAWS
4) Anshh can arrest someone by putting fake charges if he don't like them (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
