Rejected Ban for no reason

Last night I was riding with a friend of mine on a motorcycle. Someone came out of nowhere and ran over us, after we told him to drive and leave us he pulled out a weapon and tried to threaten us, I called police and waited. It all happened at the border of the green area, my friend was outside the border so the same player shot him and killed him, after he killed my friend I cursed him while I did not notice I was in the green area (there was a two step distance), after a few minutes the police Did not arrive and the man fled I drove away.

After about ten minutes I got a ban for three days, I understand that I may have been wrong, I would be happy to consider and take down the ban (the same man did not receive any punishment). I have no recording but I have two friends who can testify.
