- 2 ) i want to be leader of vagos Especially : i spend much time in vagos when i satrt playing on this project for more than two years i only play ass a gangstar in vagos (as a high command in 6 terms , and help the leader to finish the weekly chalenges) uz i really love this gang thats why i get some time to learn all the ghetto rules and the server one to apply for my dream now .

- 3 ) i want to be leader of illegal org : since this is a roleplay server,I want to give my best to make others,and of course,myself,
improve at doing roleplay at it's best! When it comes to a kidnapping,robbing,or any type of illegal activity , I want to make it double more fun and exciting by taking a roleplay on another level. - 1 ) I want to make the ghetto more active also to be sure for not breaking any rule ( inviting for level 5 or more ) also by giving people a good idea about gangs as aa vagos .

- 2 ) I will be present with my gang every event ( batlle ship , gun store robbery , store roberry , fz raid , raid other gangs ... ) .
- 3 ) I have a lot of friends who can help me to make it the best gang .

- 4 ) I'm going to make RP better in the gang by making interactions with legal organizations more fun and interesting.

- 5 ) I will make sure that the person, who is joining my gang, will go through a proper IC quiz and if our gang HCs finds out that he knows all the ghetto and general rules, we will recruit him, so that there won't be any chance of fail RP from the organization members. 2.1 Vagos is gang i really want to lead bcz I have good experience and knowledge in gangs as I was all Gang underdeputy so I can handle all the jobs as Gang leader. In my gang experience I learned lot about turfs, events, and how to make leos cry as well . if i get leader, my term gonna be active better than some past ones that went dead.

2.2 i have made some plans for my term, like whom to hire and how to keep activity. I have many friends and family members who will join when i become leader. I will keep my gang active full most of time.

• Hiring – I am not picking randoms. i’ll check how people talk, move, react. only adding loyal heads who know the rules. if they troll or act out, kicked right away. wanna keep org clean and knowledge people.
• Goals – weekly task always done, 100% graffiti gonna be there. No Toxicity , make sure to attend all events

   3.1> I will make sure that hiring of all the gang members would be perfect without any kind of favouritism while hiring and no HC ranks without experience .
   3.2> I will make sure that Activity will be my first priority . Myself I will try to be active as much as possible and I will hire one of the most experienced deputies . So in my absence they will handle everything .
   3.3> I will do maximum Store Robbery , Gun Store Robbery , FZ Raids , Clands , Battleship Specially Night Events like SUBS , Informant, Car Theft , as well as hostage situation and Highway Robbery . Also I will make sure that Me and Boys will engage in proper RP while attending and doing all this events .
   3.4> I will Make sure I hire experienced and well knowned HC's in my Org So they is no rule break and also they will teach Newbies So they also do not do any kind of rule break . 3.5> I Have So many friends in city who will help me to make org active and they will help me out to distribute the good amount of bonus for appreciating their Hard work and good RP .

2.1 Vagos is gang i really want to lead bcz I have good experience and knowledge in gangs as I was all Gang underdeputy so I can handle all the jobs as Gang leader. In my gang experience I learned lot about turfs, events, and how to make leos cry as well . if i get leader, my term gonna be active better than some past ones that went dead.

2.2 i have made some plans for my term, like whom to hire and how to keep activity. I have many friends and family members who will join when i become leader. I will keep my gang active full most of time.

• Hiring – I am not picking randoms. i’ll check how people talk, move, react. only adding loyal heads who know the rules. if they troll or act out, kicked right away. wanna keep org clean and knowledge people.
• Goals – weekly task always done, 100% graffiti gonna be there. No Toxicity , make sure to attend all events
• Ranks – no favoritism prove urself. interview, past exp, discipline. deputy and hc only to real ones. rest stay normal till they show something.

• Firstly, I feel like This organization is a perfect start for me as a Leader on this server. I Have huge experience in Roleplay.
• Leadership: I have been playing RP for several years, Been playing on a bunch of different communities and different languages communities, within this years I have gained a lot of experience: First Time I became a leader In rage MP RP server was on Georgian GTA go 2020, I was Bloods leader later Fib leader and then NG leader. Servers' peak was 600-800 players. Grand Rp I was Admin on a Russian server. Then I actively started playing on RUS server 2 which I spent about a year playing on until the English server opened, I have been playing for a few weeks after it started, I was so happy and excited.
• Organisation: Everyone will have their role in this organization and we will be so organized there will be aabsolutely0 no confusion between members.

• Organization will be divided into 3 groups Leaders of groups will all be ranked below Deputy leaders: These groups are Recruitment groups Armory and Material group, and Events group. Each Group (department) will be responsible for their stuff.
• More negotiations and high-quality RP while on store and gun store robberies
• More IC events, Most leaders only do Island and turf.
• Attack on Ammo runs, I want to make ammo run hard for GOV to defined, with haveing allies with other unofficial orgs and gangs we will go against all GOV org
• Recruitment: to get recruited you must have basic knowledge of RP, outplay, You will be tested on outplaying and will also have to apply, that's a must.
