Rejected Ban Appeal

Hello, I haven't been on Gta RP for many months now and I have come back to being banned and I'm not too sure why. I played Grand RP for around a year and during my time on the server did nothing wrong.
I was banned by Alex_Pluxury for GR 1.1 but i have not done this. Please help.
I don't even know my ingame name due to not having access to the game.
