All - footage clearly shows heli doing an overpass with no one in sight.
Then on approach with still no one visible, they try to get a closer view if anyone is in the vehicle (still nobody) which you then see blood and body.

The missing part in all this they fail to mention is there approx 14 West Mafia going back and forth to that spot to bait those at DOC.
