I'm here to file a report about the practices that I have personally encountered playing on gta5grand.com.
Since there is a lack of direct chat -(I was banned from the discord, no one got back to me to explain why.)

Now that's out of the way. I'm new to RP servers and watched someone on Youtube play GrandRP (gta5grand.com)
I was reported for RDMing by a police officer (in-game organization)
The guy either needed to press F8 or I did, Either way I was speaking the entire time I was punching him.
I also stated that the man purposely cut the video under 10 minutes because he knows he was ANTI-AFK longer than that.
I am positive the full video will prove my point. As ADMINISTATORS you have that authority to have him show it to you.
But the lack of effort is either from him being an ingame Moderator (Officer) or because the Administrator took his side without looking into my side.
About 7 minutes later administrator Darren Miller responded to his accusations on the thread. (Almost immediately.)
Administrator Darren Miller gave me and my friend a 2 hour ban, without asking for an explanation.
I was online when jailed and asked for an ingame moderator (Officer) for assistance several HUNDRED times, I was ignored.
I posted my complaint on these forums
After waiting for 10 minutes in asking for an officer or "lawyer" I looked for a way to speak to an administrator about my issue.
Don't forget he assisted the in-game moderator within 7 minutes while it took me nearly 40 minutes.
He rejected my claims without perusing any of the evidence or asking his moderator to show the longer clip.
After 1 1/2 hours I'm still jailed. I will never spend another dollar on this server until some one reports back to me about this.
I'm willing to pay real money to have a good time, and as a G.M. Of a store I don't have time waiting in jail because some kid thought he could
pull a fast one on me.

We were running through the sewers looking for people to mess with, We seen this guy and asked him what he's doing down there. No response (gave him like 2 seconds) so we started punching him to see if he defends himself, he did not. So we assumed ANTI-AFK and killed him. The video is 8 minutes...
