Rejected Unblock/ban Appeal

hello i was jailed for an unknown reason then banned for the same reason next time i logged on hours later. i was banned for 6 days after being jailed for the same thing. and this is unfair based on this i am asking to be unbanned i am new to this game please have mercy. i think my id number is right but i have no way to make sure.
