Rejected unban apeal

today I was banned for "crouch bugging" to get advantages ingame for 3 day this wasn't something I did intentionally and it happen while I was attending my first ever gang/org event I didn't know this was something that isn't allowed nor did I know how to get rid of it as it started from the time I started playing today and continued even after my game crashed and closed on its own resulting in a restart! I think this ban is unfair and unreasonable. also the person who reported and recorded me during this event was using discord to communicate with his friends which I believe is meta gaming. I personally didnt have my pov on as its heavy on my system and would result in crashes but the person who recorded me has the video he also recorded himself talking in dicred as you can see none of his radio buttons flashes white as he talks

about the discord part this is an ooc event so no issues with discord. You were doing crouch bug and got punished. Simple rule, next time if you get stuck in it leave the event area or dont engage in shooting so you dont get reported.
