I am unsure if more than one rule is broken here as technically this is a robbery and only one guy was there to conduct. I know its car theft but I was at the scene so unsure if 3 people needed? As well as this, there was no RP at all, Not even telling me to leave before he kills me because he was taking it. Didnt even say hello, just took off while i was talking to the neighbor.

As you can see, my bugatti chiron was stolen, which is fine as its not in a green zone, the issue is that I was right there, no RP at all was happening only between me and my neighbor. The guy just got in my car and went. Now I dont have a bugatti and could not do any RP with the guy to at least try and keep it.

This is not the point dude, in order to steal it before I got to the guy, you must have started doing so while I was there, without any RP... This is against the rules. I dont care for the Chiron, i got it back. But you should RP these situations. If I was not stood by my car by all means take it without saying a word.

Rules state that you need 3 people to rob someones car is the person is present, or to rob someone in general. The only time this is not a requirement is if the person is not there.

In real life, if a guy was stood right beside his car, you would not rob/steal it without saying a word, You would warn him off so that he doesnt try some shit. I was stood right there when you took it, not in my house. I dont care for the fact you took the car, i got it back straight away. Its the fact that you didnt RP the scenario.

It seems to me like you are scared of doing RP. If you had held a gun to me and told me to leave, I wouldve had to. Why not just roleplay? its not hard.

I am not mad at all. What is annoying is that if this was someone else, this would be treated as a rule break. Rules state you must issue demands before stealing.

As discussed, i dont care for the car, I got it back and I have Koenigsegg and other stuff. Just learn how to RP when the person you are stealing from is stood right there.

Yes I was distracted for the last 20 seconds. It takes much longer than that to steal a car and there was no interaction prior to this.

I was letting the staff decide. You were the one that decided to pop up INSISTING that you had not broken a rule. It is here for the admins to decide. Thats what a report it. You are the one piping up saying you havent broken a rule.
