my pov doesnt provide my voice but based on the clip you can cleary see hes in the wrong

Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 85402 will receive a punishment for Event Rule 1.2.

​

Even if the guy was provoking, you should have went on forums and not break a rule like he did (if any).
I would request Forum owner to have his/her own sound from next time or will reject forums for edited POV.
