u cant just got to near them and say "we dont have hostage so u guys leave or die" while they're setting up barricades.

first of all its not our fault you did not had all of your legals before our guy came forward if realistically yall would have waited for more leos before you come in front of the gang members robbing the store and its really realistic of criminals wanting to have a clear surrounding of the store there is no negotiation in this situation both sides are aware that there is nothing to be discussed for there is a large amount of armed criminals robbing a store who would obviously not just surrender and they dont have any hostages to make things better for them or the situation.
so if u think criminals have to wait for all the leos to come and set there guys around the zone take roofs and all you are pretty delusional yall could have been clever and actually got prepped before you pulled up to the store asking for time as Situation started from the moment you guys pulled up at the store if i was there i wouldnt even let yall place barricades.

so as per ur quote u can break server rules to make things look realistic, sounds odd though.
as per server rule shooting outside circle is forbidden but irl circle dosnt even exist, so according to you we can shoot outside circle just to make things realistic
