I opened 3 forums, because I opened the 1st one wrong, I opened it again. The second one is normal, the third one is different point of view, but the admin wrote a warning here, I don't have the same pov spam, I opened a different forum with a different point of view.

Hi,
You can basically post all POV's in 1 thread or provide full POV without cuts so the situation can be seen better when we reviewing the forum, also u dont need to spam threads with same situation.

Can I open 1 forum and send 2 videos and give 2 penalties to someone who RDM me 2 times?

Explanation given above by the senior, when you make a complaint specially when its 2 different situations, make sure to at least explain that this is the second time.
